I’m David Jackson, founder of Seeking Alpha. I started Seeking Alpha after working for five years as a technology research analyst for Morgan Stanley in New York. Seeking Alpha is the dominant crowdsourced equity research platform, with thousands of contributors, and millions of registered users, monthly uniques, and email alert subscribers.

I recently handed the Seeking Alpha CEO role to Eli Hoffmann. Here’s the announcement to our community.

I blog about management, strategy and product issues at this blog. Here’s why. I also tweet (mainly posts from this blog and tech news I find interesting) @davidjaxon.

I have a B.A from Oxford University and an MSc from The London School of Economics, and am married with five children. That’s why I look so dazed in the photo above.

If you want to reach me, please send me a direct message via my Seeking Alpha profile page. I know it’s a hassle (you have to register and upload an image), but this is a great filter for people who are serious. I answer every incoming message.
